Ashbourne Stage 1 has progressed in January with majority of roads being completed with asphalt. Streetscape landscaping works have commenced, with concrete footpaths and street trees being installed. The Ashbourne entry works have begun with the Yarrawa Road roundabout works in January, starting with earthworks and initial pavement layers being installed along with the concrete roundabout annulus. Completion of street lighting is also now imminent with only minor works remaining.
Upcoming works include continued entry works at the Yarrawa Rd roundabout comprising the kerb works and the remainder of the road pavement, continued streetscape works, continued asphalt works, continued bio-basin works, and the commencement of entry landscape works.
