“We will have a small village hub with specialty shops. We also want to include a childcare centre within that.”

Prices start at an affordable $495,000, but Villate says the size of the blocks on sale is what’s creating plenty of buzz.
“This is obviously quite unique, and we’ve had a lot of inquiry already.
“Another thing we’ve noticed is a lot of extended families are showing interest,” she adds.
“Mum and Dad want to live near their children and grandkids, and this is quite a unique opportunity to find properties that are close to each other, which previously has not been that easy in the South Highlands.”
