Terms and Conditions

Referral Program:

This Referral Program is offered by Prime Moss Vale Pty Ltd, Aoyuan Property Group (Australia) Pty Ltd, Novm Pty Limited or their related entities (collectively ‘Novm’) and only applies to lots offered by Novm for sale at the Ashbourne Moss Vale project (‘Project’). The Referral Program commences on Monday 15 July 2024 at 9:00 am and ends at 31 December 2027 at 4:00 pm (‘Referral Period’). Novm may extend the Referral Period in its sole and absolute discretion.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program:

  1. Each Referrer or Referee must:
    1. be a natural person over 18 years old;
    2. not be real estate agents associated with any projects of Novm;
    3. not be employees of Novm (‘Employees’) or family members of Employees; and
    4. not be any builder partners of Novm.
  2. A Referrer must have entered into an Eligible Contract and be named as the purchaser on the Eligible Contract. An Eligible Contract means an exchanged unconditional contract of sale for a lot at the Project where any cooling off period or condition precedents have been satisfied or waived. In respect of an Eligible Contract for the Referee, the Referee must not enter into a sale contract for the Project with any real estate agent nominated as agent on the sale contract, other than Keyline Property Group Pty Ltd.
  3. A Referee must not have enquired about the Project themselves (or via an agent or builder partner of Novm) or be on the Project database during the 12 months prior to the ReferralPeriod and must not have been referred by another person for any lot during the Referral Period.  

 

Referral Prize

The prize for each successful Referrer and Referee will a Westfield or Bunnings gift card to the value of AUD$500 (‘Gift Card’). Each Gift Card is not redeemable for cash nor transferrable and is only valid for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If the Gift Card is stolen, lost, defaced, altered, copied, destroyed or used without permission, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed, and a replacement will not be provided. Novm and/or the relevant Gift Card provider reserves the right to refuse, void, cancel, reject or hold for review any Gift Card if it suspects any credit is applied or procured directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, abuse or in connection with any violation of the Gift Card terms. Novm, in its full and absolute discretion, reserves all rights to substitute, vary or cancel the Gift Card at anytime without notice. Each Gift Card providers’ terms and conditions also apply.

 

How to be eligible

To be eligible for the Gift Card:

  • the Referree must list the Referrer and Referrer’s Ashbourne Moss Vale lot number on the Sales Advice at the time of purchase;
  • the Referree and Referrer must each send an email to [email protected] stating that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions, will comply with all relevant privacy laws and regulations and have sought and obtained the express approval of each other partyto provide their details;
  • the Referee must enter into an Eligible Contract on terms and conditions acceptable to Novm in its full and absolute discretion during the ReferralPeriod;
  • both the Referrer and Referee must not delay settlement of their respective Eligible Contracts and must settle the Eligible Contracts in their own names, in accordance with the terms of the Eligible Contracts and on the settlement date prescribed in the Eligible Contracts; and
  • each Referrer and Referee must strictly comply with these terms and conditions.

Within 20 business days after settlement of the Eligible Contracts for both the Referrer and Referee, Novm will notify the successful Referrer and Referree. The Gift Cards can be picked up from the Ashbourne Sales and Information Centre or the Referrer and Referree can request for the Gift Card to be issued to an address nominated by each of the Referrer and Referree.  Novm assumes no responsibility for any lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen Gift Cards once they have been mailed.

Novm reserves all rights and has full and absolute discretion in determining the eligibility status of the Referrer, the Referee and their eligibility for the Gift Card. Novm may vary or amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Novm is not liable for any loss or damage however incurred, caused, or suffered in connection with the Referral Program or Gift Card. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to restrict, modify or exclude any rights which the Referrer or Referee may have under any law which may not be restricted, modified or excluded. Any warranty or condition which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions are excluded.

 

Personal Information and Privacy

The personal information supplied by Referrers or Referees when participating in the Referral Rewards Program may be used for the purpose of sending information on any of Novm’s products or services. From time to time this information may be used by Novm. The use and disclosure of this information is subject to restrictions imposed on Novm by the Privacy Act 1988. Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988, Referrers/Referees may have access to any personal information held by Novm by contacting [email protected]. An access fee may be charged to cover any costs of providing the information to the Referrers/Referees. A copy of Novm’s privacy policy can be found at our website www.novm.com.au.

 

 

 

Repeat Buyer Program:

This Repeat Buyer Program is offered by Prime Moss Vale Pty Ltd, Aoyuan Property Group (Australia) Pty Ltd, Novm Pty Limited or their related entities (collectively ‘Novm’) and only applies to lots offered by Novm for sale at the Ashbourne Moss Vale project (‘Project’). The Repeat Buyer Program commences on Monday 15 July 2024 at 9:00 am and ends at 31 December 2027 at 4:00 pm(‘Repeat Buyer Period’). Novm may extend the Repeat Buyer Period in its sole and absolute discretion.

Repeat Buyer Promotion

A Repeat Buyer is eligible for a 1% discount on the sale price for on all second and consequent lot purchases at the Project. Novm reserves the right to refuse, void, cancel, reject or hold for review any discounts if it suspects the discount is applied or procured directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, abuse or in connection with any violation of the discount terms. Novm, in its full and absolute discretion, reserves all rights to substitute, vary or cancel the sale at anytime without notice.

 

How to be eligible

To be eligible for the Repeat Buyer program:

  • The Repeat Buyer must list the lot numbers of all their previous Eligible Contracts for the Project on the Sales Advice at the time of purchasing second and subsequent lots;
  • the Repeat Buyer must enter into an Eligible Contract on terms and conditions acceptable to Novm in its full and absolute discretion during the Repeat BuyerPeriod;
  • the Repeat Buyer must not delay settlement of their respective Eligible Contracts and must settle the Eligible Contracts in their own names, in accordance with the terms of the Eligible Contracts and on the settlement date prescribed in the Eligible Contracts; and
  • each Repeat Buyer must strictly comply with these terms and conditions.

Novm reserves all rights and has full and absolute discretion in determining the eligibility status of the Repeat Buyer and their eligibility for the discount. Novm may vary or amend these terms and conditions from time to time or cancel the Repeat Buyer program at any time without notice.
