This year the 2024 Bong Bong Picnic Races was full of sunshine, fun, and community spirit. With warm weather and clear blue skies, the event was a welcome contrast to last year’s stormier skies.
The Ashbourne VIP Marquee offered a refreshing retreat, complete with a lovely breeze, delicious food, chilled drinks, and great company.
Ashbourne was proud to sponsor the Ashbourne Race for the second consecutive year, partnering with co-sponsors Better Built Homes and GJ Gardner Homes.
As the first race of the day, the Ashbourne Race was a standout moment, showcasing incredible equine talent and creating a buzz of pure excitement as racegoers flocked to the edge of the track.
For the team at Novm and Ashbourne, Bong Bong is about celebrating both the community we are building, as well as the wider Highlands community. From Moss Vale locals to some of our lovely purchasers, and other friends of Ashbourne who have all been instrumental in one way or another in bringing Ashbourne to life – it was a delight to host such a happy group!
Guests enjoyed a delicious gourmet spread, toasting with a cool drink to a beautiful day, and the thrill of taking a punt on the winning racehorses.
Thank you to all those who bought tickets for our Ashbourne raffle, which raised funds for the Southern Highlands Community Foundation.
Guests had the chance to win fantastic prizes, including a private golf lesson and dining experience at Moss Vale Golf Club. What better way to show our appreciation for a meaningful cause that supports our local community!
